[2018.2] Sprite Atlas Compression setting reverts back to default setting when entering to Play mode
To reproduce:
1. Download attached project "ccczczxczxczczc.zip" and open in Unity
2. Select "New Sprite Atlas.spriteatlas"
3. In Inspector set Compression to "None"
4. Enter to play mode or click on Pack Preview button
Expected results: Compression setting stays on "None"
Actual results: Compression setting changes back to "Normal Quality"

- This issue reproduces on Windows and OSX

Could not reproduce on Unity 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.0a2 and 2018.3.0a4
