[2018.2] Project version is set to 2018.1.0b6 when creating a new project
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open 2018.2.0b3 or higher
2. Create new project
3. Inspect /ProjectSettings/ProjectVersion.txt
Expected: m_EditorVersion: 2018.2.0bx (x - launched version)
Actual: m_EditorVersion: 2018.1.0b6
Reproduced on: 2018.2.0b3, 2018.2.0b3, 2018.2.0b4
Not reproduced on: 2018.2.0b2, 2018.3.0a1
