[2018.2] [OSX] Opening script in editor opens multiple instances of Visual Studio
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Add new c# script to project
3. Click to open a newly created script
Expected: one instance of Visual Studio will be opened
Actual: two instances are opened
Reproduced: 2018.2.0b2
Not reproducible: 5.6.5p3, 2017.1.3p3, 2017.2.2p4, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.2f2, 2018.1.0f2, 2018.2.0b1
