2018.2 Editor crashes with Transform::GetTransformAccess when reimporting all assets from 2018.3 project
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "FirepowerAI"
2. Right click Project window and select "Reimport All"
Expected result: Editor does not crash
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproduced with: 2017.4.12f1, 2018.2.11f1
Update: Once a project has been upgraded to 2018.3, opening it in 2018.2 is not supported
