2 extra files (lib, exp) generated for windows standalone build
-e: when you create a windows standalone build two extra files are generated. an Exports Library File and an Object File Library.
-repro:
--create new project
--build windows standalone
--open build folder
--NOTICE the two files <build name>.exp and <build name>.lib next to the <build name>.exe
