GetCustomAttributes return null on .NET 4.6
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Make sure that Scripting Runtime Version is set to "Experimental (.NET 4.6 Equivalent)" in Player settings
3. Press play
Expected: no errors
Actual: fieldAttributes on line 56 of UI.cs is null
Reproduced on: 2017.1.0b2, 2017.1.0b9, 2017.2.0a3
