*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a new Universal 3D project.
# Open Window > Package Manager > Universal RP.
# Click "Samples" tab and click "Import" next to URP Package Samples.
# Open the 3DSkybox scene.

*Actual results:* "Renderer at index \{index} is missing for camera \{camera name}" warnings appear when the scene is opened. These numbers continue to climb or reappear after clearing the console, although at a slower rate.

*Expected results:* The warnings do not increase continuously. In 2022.3.28f1, there is only one of each warning, this is much less alarming.

*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.1f1, 2023.3.0a2

*Not reproducible with versions:* 2023.2.20f1, 2022.3.28f1, 2021.3.38f1

*Can't test with versions:* 2023.3.0a1, unable to install

*Tested on (OS):* macOS (Intel) 12.7.4

* The warnings appear faster if you click and hold on the Game window and move the mouse.
