The button "Open Reference" leads to the non-existent webpage when clicking it on any Visual Scripting Component
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the menu, Click GameObject → Visual Scripting Scene Variable
3. In the Hierarchy, select “VisualScripting SceneVariable” GameObject
4. On the “Scene Variables (Script)” in the Inspector, click on “Open Reference For SceneVariables”
5. Observe the opened webpage
Expected result: The page with the Manual is opened on the Unity Documentation webpage
Actual result: The link leads to the non-existent webpage
Reproducible with: 1.7.8 (2021.3.15f1, 2022.2.1f1, 2023.1.0a22), 1.8.0 (2021.3.19f1, 2022.2.7f1, 2023.1.0b4, 2023.2.0a4)
