Property labels missing when viewing a Visual Effect Graph
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "IN-93460" project
2. In the Assets folder open the “TestGraph” Graph
3. Observe the “Spawn system” section
Expected result: The "Rate" property label is displayed next to the input field that contains the number 64
Actual result: The "Rate" property label is missing
Reproducible with: 6000.0.0b13, 6000.0.36f1, 6000.1.0b4, 6000.2.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.48f1, 2022.3.57f1, 6000.0.0b12
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: Windows 11, macOS

Same issue, but on Windows 11.
Ryzen 9 9900x, Win 11 pro (24H2) with an RTX 3060. 6000.0.0.34f1.
