Unable to instantly rename UI objects when creating a new object in the Hierarchy
How to reproduce:
1. Create an empty Project
2. Create a new UI object in the Hierarchy
3. Observe the Hierarchy
Expected result: Newly created UI element can immediately be renamed without any extra input
Actual result: Newly created UI element needs to be clicked again to be renamed
Reproducible in: 2021.3.37f1 2021.3.41f1, 2022.3.22f1, 2022.3.39f1, 6000.0.12f1
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.36f1, 2022.3.21f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
