Contextual menu does not go back to the original size when deleting long text from search bar
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Right-click in the Project window
3. In the text search start typing for as long as you can (Use copy and paste) and delete the text
4. Observe the Context menu
Expected result: The contextual menu goes back to the original size
Actual result: The contextual menu stays expanded
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0b14, 2023.3.0a7, 2023.3.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2023.2.0b13, 2023.3.0a6
Reproducible with: macOS 13.6 (Apple M1 Max)
