Children of a Prefab change order in the Hierarchy after changing the Editor version
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-49246_repro.zip“
2. Open the “BasePrefabVeriant“ asset and observe its child objects in the Hierarchy
3. Upgrade the Editor version
4. Open the “BasePrefabVeriant“ asset and observe its child objects in the Hierarchy
Expected result: The order of the child objects is the same
Actual result: The order of the child objects is different
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a15, 2022.3.7f1, 2023.1.8f1, 2023.2.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.1.0a14
Reproducible on: Windows 10
