[HDRP][XR] Performance in Play mode drops when DLSS is switched on / off in Editor
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached project "2023-beta-test.zip"
2. In the Hierarchy select XR Origin > Camera Offset > Main Camera
3. In the Inspector enable Camera > Rendering > HDRP Dynamic Resolution
4. Enter Play mode
5. Activate the headset and move around
6. Exit Play mode
7. Repeat steps 4, 5 and 6 a few times
Expected result: The view is the same
Actual result: The view starts glitching and freezing
Reproduced with: 2.3.1 (2023.1.0b16), 2.3.2 (2021.3.26f1, 2022.3.0f1, 2023.1.0b19)
Could not test with: 2023.2.0a17 (“ReleaseDynamicVBOFrame” error in the Console)
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Note: Can’t test on Player, because the build fails
