"FMOD returns error code 36 (FMOD_ERR_INVALID_HANDLE) executing setRelativeAudibility" thrown when audio is played after the Scene reload or an AudioSource is destroyed

How to reproduce:

  1. Open the attached project "TestAudioWebGL.zip"
  2. Open Assets/SampleScene.unity
  3. Build And Run the project for WebGL
  4. Open the Web Console in the browser
  5. Click the "PLAY AUDIO" Button in the Unity WebGL Player
  6. Click the "RELOAD SCENE" Button
  7. Repeat step 5

Expected results: No errors thrown in the Web Console
Actual results: "FMOD returns error code 36 (FMOD_ERR_INVALID_HANDLE) executing setRelativeAudibility" thrown in the Web Console

Reproducible with: 2022.2.0b15, 2022.2.9f1, 2023.1.0b7, 2023.2.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.20f1, 2022.2.0b14

    Issue still present in 2021.3.22f1,
    Also why is still only fixed for a alpha version of Unity?
