Baked shadows are missing when no scene contains both shadowcasting mixed lights and baked lighting data
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-124549“ project
2. Select File > Build And Run
3. Once the build opens, click on the “Load Additive Scene” button
4. Observe the Cube
Expected result: Cube has a shadow
Actual result: Cube does not have a shadow
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a7, 6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.13f1, 6000.3.0f1, 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.69f1, 2023.3.0a6
Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26.1 (M1 Max), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: no other environments tested
Note: If you turn on strict variant matching the error shader will appear (reporter)
