Memory Profiler Snapshot name becomes unreadable when non-Latin characters are in Product Name
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-105581.zip” project
2. Open the Memory Profiler (Window -> Analysis -> Memory Profiler)
3. Click “Capture New Snapshot”
4. Observe the Snapshot’s name
Expected result: The Snapshot name is “たこや….snap”
Actual result: The Snapshot name is “ãããã….snap”
Reproducible with: 1.0.0, 1.1.6 (2022.3.63f1, 6000.0.51f1, 6000.1.9f1, 6000.2.0b7, 6000.3.0a1)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: no other environment tested
