Hungarian is disabled under Missing Tables when a specific playable file is in the project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the project from the drive link
2. Select "\Assets\Data\Localization\Tables\UI\UI.asset" in the Project window
Expected result: "Hungarian (hu)" is not greyed out in the Inspector window under Missing Tables
Actual result: "Hungarian (hu)" is greyed out and not interactable
Reproducible with: 1.3.2 Custom (2021.3.9f1)
Could not test with: 2020.3.39f1, 2022.1.16f1, 2022.2.0b7, 2023.1.0a9 (Various compilation errors)
Reproducible on: macOS 12.4 (Intel)
Workaround: Removing "Assets\User\Zwick\Timelines\UI_HUD_Testing01.playable" will enable the Hungarian language
