Unacceptably long deletion times of first entries when deleting entries from a long list of Localization Tables
How to reproduce:
# Create a new project
# Install Localization Package from Package Manager
# Create Localization Settings
# Add attached “IN-61928_LocalizationTest.cs” script to the Assets folder
# Fill the table with data (TESTING > Fill data)
# Open Localization Tables window (Window > Asset Management > Localization Tables)
# Delete the first entry (“key_0” or “key_1“)
# Observe the “Hold on …” Dialog box
Expected result: Entry deletion is done in an instant
Actual result: Entry deletion takes unacceptably long
Reproducible in: 1.4.X, 1.5.X (2021.3.33f1, 2022.3.15f1, 2023.2.3f1, 2023.3.0a17)
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Note: It takes less time if entries are deleted backwards (starting from the last key going forward)
