The Action editor does not display the contents when inspecting custom interactions
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Double-click “/Assets/Settings/TestControls.inputactions“
3. In the Action editor window, select “New action“
4. In the Action Properties tab, add “Sector” to Interactions
5. Click the drop-down arrow of “Sector“
Expected result: Contents of “Secor“ are present
Actual result: No contents of “Secor” exists
Reproducible with: 1.8.0-pre.2 (2022.3.10f1), 1.8.2 (2022.3.29f1, 6000.0.2f1)
Not reproducible with: 1.8.0-pre.1 (2022.3.10f1), 1.8.2 (2021.3.38f1)
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
