Input System Asset does not save when pressing CTRL+S
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open Assets/PlayerInput.inputactions
3. Add Action
4. Press CTRL+S while in the “PlayerInput (Input Actions)” window
Expected results: The Asset is saved
Actual results: The Asset is not saved
Reproducible with: 1.6.3, 1.7.0, 1.8.0-pre.1 (2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.10f1, 2023.1.16f1, 2023.2.0b12, 2023.3.0a9)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
