[Package Manager] Windows standalone x64 built with "Development Build" and "Script Debugging" options crashes on Build Exit
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "alk-client.zip" project
2. Build for Windows x64 (With "Development Build" and "Script Debugging")
3. Launch the Build
4. "Alt" + "F4" to Exit
Expected Result: The Build Exits normally
Actual Result: the Build Freezes/Crashes
