Unity crashes when external named pipe server is used
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (Powerlab_Game.zip)
2. Download and open the RFIDPipeServer (link in the edit)
3. Open the "Main" scene
4. Enter Play mode
5. Exit Play mode
6. Repeat 4 and 5 up to 10 times
Expected: the Editor doesn't crash when using named pipe server
Reproduced in 2017.1.0f3, 2017.1.1p1, 2017.2.0b11, 2017.3.0a7
Could not test 5.6 and earlier, the project uses classes available only since .NET 4.5
