Editor freeze compiling scripts on GeneratingConstants step
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project(OC link)(8:30 AM).
- Editor will freeze compiling scripts on GeneratingConstants step.
Note:
- Editor doesn't freeze when lines 79-81 are commented in GMversus.cs script:

return badGuySpawnList.ToList();
}
Reproduced with:
2017.1.0p2, 2017.2.0b4, 2017.3.0a1
Not reproducible with:
5.6.2p4

I have not been able to use any 2017 release at all because of this bug.
I am very disappointed that 2017.2 was just released and did not include this fix.
When is this going to be released?

Is there any workaround? Or at least a way to identify the code that is giving unity heartburn?
