Crash when adding an Attribute on a Generic class
Repro steps:
1) Open the project I attached
2) Open MenuItem.cs script in it
3) Uncomment line 226 - attribute for a generic class
4) Click around in the Editor and notice the crash
Reproduced in: 5.4.0b2; 5.3.1p3; 5.3.0f4
No Repro: 5.2.3p4
