Inconsistent behavior between manual scrub of Timeline cursor and Playback button when the Wrap Mode is set to "None"
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "repro-seq-810.zip"
2. Open Timeline and dock it (Window>Sequencing>Timeline)
3. In the Hierarchy window select "Lvl 1"
4. Take the Timeline cursor and drag it after frame 390, observe the Scene view
5. Set the Timeline cursor to frame 0 and start playback by pressing the Playback button, observe the Scene view
Expected result: Both objects are not visible when 390 frame ends
Actual result: Sphere is still visible when 390 frame ends
Reproducible with: 1.2.6 (2019.4.0f1), 1.6.3 (2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.21f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.1f1, 2022.1.0a13)
Note:
- In the Editor and in the Build the Sphere is still visible after frame 390 ends but it's disabled in the Timeline
