WebGL build fails and throws System.TypeInitializationException when building on Apple silicon Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to Build Settings (File > Build Settings...)
3. Switch to WebGL platform
4. Press "Build and Run"
Expected result: Build is successful
Actual result: Build fails
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a2, 2022.1.0a16
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.3f1, 2022.1.0a1
Can't test with: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.22f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.0a18 - No Apple silicon Editor available

Looks like not fixed on 2022.0b1/2/3 on Mac Air M1
