Editor compiles endlessly the VFX Graph Assets from the Samples
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "Test.zip" project
2. Open the "Sparks" VFX Graph from the Project window (Assets ->Samples -> Visual Effect Graph -> 12.0.0 -> VFXGraph Additions/VFX)
3. Observe the VFX Graph window
Expected result: The "Sparks" VFX Graph is loaded with no errors
Actual result: The Asset is compiling endlessly and "(Null Asset) : Exception while compiling expression graph:." is spammed in the Console log
Reproducible with: 10.5.0 (2020.3.12f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.12f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a19 2021.2.0b1)
Not reproducible with: 7.6.0 (2019.4.28f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a18)

Subgraphs do not work and it is blocking projects from being upgraded to LTS
How did an issue this severe get through testing?
