For my case, it happened right after I updated the Unity version from 2021.2.0b13 to 2021.2.0b15. I work on two projects, and they both did not have this issue prior to the update. After updating it, one of the projects have some artifacts surrounding the game view window. Not that it affects the performance, it is just feels disturbing that is all.
