Curve editor colour identifiers are too large and off-centre when UI Scaling is applied
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any/new project
2. Select a Gameobject
3. In the Timeline window, create a Timeline for that Gameobject
4. In the Timeline window, add an Audio Track
5. Enable the Curves view for the Audio Track
Expected result: Small colored dots to identify the tracks
Actual result: The coloured dots are oversized and off-centered
Not reproducible with: 1.4.6, 1.5.2 (2019.4.0f1, 2019.4.9f1)
Reproducible with: 1.4.6, 1.5.2 (2019.4.10f1, 2019.4.23f1, 2020.3.1f1), 1.6.0-pre.1 (2021.1.0f1, 2021.2.0a10)
Notes: Regression is in the Editor, not the Package
Reproduces on both macOS and Windows
