Pixel Perfect Camera Height is updated on the third frame
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "Ticket Project.zip" Project
2. Open the "TestScene" scene
3. Change the resolution to 1280x720 Landscape on the GameView
4. Enter Play Mode
5. Inspect Console
Expected Behavior: The first debug log represents the height of the GameView
Actual Behavior: Only the third debug log represents the height of the GameView
Reproducible with: 2.1.4 (2019.4.21f1) , 4.0.1 (2020.2.6f1, 2021.1.0b8, 2021.2.0a6)
Could not test with: 2018.4 since the packages break after degrade
Note:
- First and second logs are executed on the 1st and 2nd frame and are logging "1", while the third frame logs "0.8888889".
