All open Memory Profiler Snapshots get displayed as closed when one of the Snapshots is renamed outside of the Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Import the Memory Profiler from the Package Manager
3. Open the Memory Profiler window (Window -> Analysis -> Memory Profiler)
4. Make 3 Snapshots by clicking the 'Capture Editor' button
5. Open the first two Snapshots
6. Rename the third Snapshot outside of the Editor (Snapshots are located in 'project folder/ MemoryCaptures')
Expected result: the first two Snapshots are still displayed as open
Actual result: the Snapshots are displayed as closed
Reproducible with: 0.1.0-preview.2 (2018.4.27f1), 0.2.5-preview.1 (2019.4.10f1, 2020.1.4f1, 2020.2.0b2)
