[iOS][Mobile Notifications] UNITY_USES_REMOTE_NOTIFICATION is set to 1 when Push Notifications are disabled
Repro steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Add Mobile Notifications package
3. Build the project
4. Open the .xcodeproj
5. Open Classes/Preprocessor.h
Actual: UNITY_USES_REMOTE_NOTIFICATION is set to 1
Reproducible with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.4.6f1, 2020.1.0b16, 2020.2.0a19
