[Shadergraph] Graph Inspector window move resize doesn't save
Note: also needs to be fixed in 9.x.x
Repro steps:
1. Open a shadergraph
2. Resize the Graph Inspector and move it
3. Close the shadergraph
4. Reopen the shadergraph
Expected results: the graph inspector stays resized and moved
Actual result: the graph inspector resets to its original size and position
