Timeline animation does not update Cinemachine Dolly Cart position when its Update Method is set to Update/Fixed Update
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (CinemachineTest.zip)
2. Open the SampleScene
3. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: the Capsule follows the path
Actual result: the Capsule remains still
Reproducible with: 2019.3.15f1, 2020.1.0b10, 2020.2.0a12
Could not test with: 2017.4.40f1, 2018.4.23f1(project incompatible)
Reproducible with package versions: 1.3.0, 1.4.0 - preview.5
Not reproducible with package versions: preview.7 - 1.3.0

Does not reproduce when Cinemachine Dolly Cart Update Method is set to Late Update
