[XR][URP][Oculus Quest][Oculus Go] Colours look bleached on a built player when Post Processing is used
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and Run on Quest/Go
3. Observe the colors of the cubes
4. Enable Post Processing on the Main Camera
5. Save the Scene and Build and Run again
Actual: The colors of the cubes look bleached
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0f6 URP 7.1.5, 2020.1.0a21 URP 7.1.8
