[Android] Unity banner texture is grey when project is built from batchmode with -nographics flag
Repro steps:
1. Open QA attached project repro_1199310
2. Cd to the project directory and run build_apk.sh
3. Install the built apk to an Android device
4. Wait for the notification to arrive
Actual: The icons are blank
Expected: The icons aren't blank
Reproducible with: 2018.4.22f1, 2019.3.14f1, 2020.1.0b10, 2020.2.0a12
