[Android][Mobile Notifications] Repeating Notifications aren't delivered
Repro steps:
1. Open QA attached project "repro_1178665"
2. Build and Run on Android
3. Wait for the initial notification
4. Forward the device's time a few minutes
Actual: The second notification isn't delivered after the specified time
Reproducible with: Mobile Notifications version 1.0.3
Not reproducible with: Mobile Notifications version 1.0.2

I'm also waiting for this to be fixed otherwise I cannot deploy my app without it.

Do you guys have an idea of when this might be solved? Not having repeating notifications is keeping me from deploying my app. Thank you guys a bunch!
