[Timeline] Audio track is missing some samples if it starts at the first frame of a Timeline
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project "AudioPlayableMissingSamples.zip"
2. Open "SampleScene.unity" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Listen as the first audio sample sounds like its beginning is cut off
5. Pressing the Button in the game window repeats the Timeline again
Expected result: the sounds should sound identical
Actual result: if the sound starts at the first frames of the Timeline, its begining is cut off
Reproduced on:
2017.4.0f1 2017.4.31f1 2018.4.5f1 2019.1.12f1 2019.2.0f1 2019.3.0a11
Notes:
- If the audio samples are dragged a couple of frames forward in the timeline, all the sounds sound identical
