Editor crashes with GetManagerFromContext: pointer to object of manager 'LightmapSettings' is NULL error when loading a scene
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the repro project and open SceneFramework scene
2. Enter the Play mode
3. Once the menu loads, press ShipIt(); button
4. Once the level has loaded press ESC key on the keyboard to bring up the pause menu
5. From the pause menu, select Main Menu
6. Observe the crash

If this helps, I get this crash everytime I load a scene additively.
