[Timeline] Values are not removed on last Scale axis when removing keys with "Remove All Keys"
To reproduce:
1. Open my attached project
2. In Hierarchy window, select Cube game object, make sure Timeline window is open
3. In Inspector window, Transform component. remove scale keys with "Remove All Keys" of each axis
Expected: all keys, values and curves are removed
Actual: last (third) axis will always get it's curve removed, but not the values (check .gif attached)
Reproduced in: 2017.3.1p4, 2018.1.0b10, 2018.2.0a4
Note: record mode being on/off has no effect
