You can set a sibling with index 0, if you try to set it to 0 it sets it to childCount-1
To reproduce:
1. Open project, load Scene, there should be a Main Camera with 4 GOs inside (A, B, C, D)
2. Open Custom->Open to show the editor window
3. Move A down at least once, then click Move up
Expected result: It's possible to set it to 0 this way
Actual result:it will cycle between childCount-1 and 1, but it will never set it to 0
