[XR] XRSDK provider subsystems added to build even after disabling XR in settings
After selecting then deselecting an xr provider in the xr management setting UI the configuration objects are still persisting in the EditorBuildSettings asset and after building I see subsystem manifest files in my built files. Seems like these should not be there if I have not enabled any xr provider.The entries still persist even after uninstalling the package (however if I do that the subsystem manifests are no longer in the build).
