This is absolutely not fixed. Post processing only works on the base camera. If it's applied to any overlay cameras, the right eye will not render geometry. Really sucks if you use the base camera to render the skybox! Unity please fix this!

Upgraded to URP 7.5 (running Unity 2019 LTS) and now the right eye is culling all geo. Awesome.

If anyone is having this issue, I feel your pain, and I have positive news:

It is fixed in Unity 2020.2.0b5.3233 combined with URP 10.0.0-preview.26. This is the only Unity/URP combination I have seen this issue fixed.

No other combination will make this issue go away. Do not trust information on these pages, ever.

Leave it to Unity to screw up while actually correcting this page.
URP 8.3 does not exist. Not in 2019.4, not in 2020.1, not in 2020.2. Not in preview packages. Nowhere.

What a shame... thank you for making development as absolutely painful as possible, you animals.

This is a urp package issue and is fixed in urp 8.3 and 7.5.

Please update when these become fully available.

I just wasted my time importing my project into a goddamn BETA version of Unity.... you are seriously a bunch of scummy liars: THE ISSUE IS NOT FIXED IN 2020.2 AT ALL.

Absolute concentrated incompetence. Whoever labelled this issue as fixed needs to get fired.

This is 100% not fixed. It's amazing when Unity staff "fix" something and never test it.
    What a complete joke.
