Tooltips for Pose Source dropdown in Tracked Pose Driver always appear in center of window. Refer the attached video

Steps to repro:
1) Create a new project
2) Edit > Project Settings > Install XR Plug-in Management
3) Select Main Camera > Add Tracked Pose Driver script
4) Hover over Pose Source

Actual result: Tooltips for Pose Source always appears in the center of window

Expected result: Tooltips for Pose Source should appear near it

Occurring in: 2020.2.0a17, 2020.1.0b15, 2019.4.2f1

Note: XR plugin management package is unavailable for 2018.4
