[XR SDK] [WMR] Editor crashes when entering Play mode second time and headset is in Sleep mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Make sure Headset is not in sleep mode
2. Create a new Unity project
3. Enable XR SDK and Windows Mixed Reality Plug-in (Project Settings -> XR Plug-in Management)
4. Enter Play mode
5. Wait for Headset to enter Sleep mode
6. Enter Play mode
-- Observe the crash
Reproducible with: Windows XR Plugin 2.6.1, 4.4.1, 5.2.1 (2019.4.22f1, 2020.2.7f1, 2020.3.0f1, 2021.1.0b11, 2021.2.0a8)
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1 (XR SDK not available)
