[XR SDK][HDRP] Mirror render texture is rendering the view of OVRCamera when camera's output is set to mirror render texture
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("RenderTextureTesting.zip")
2. Open SampleScene scene
3. Enter Play mode
Expected result: Mirror render texture is rendering the camera's output's target texture
Actual result: Mirror render texture is rendering the view of OVRCamera
Reproducible with: 2019.3.4f1, 2020.2.0a1
Could not test with: 2017.4.37f1, 2018.4.18f1 (No XR management settings)

- Tested with Oculus Rift
