[XR][OpenXR] Interaction Profiles are reset after importing Meshing Subsystem Feature sample
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Project Settings and install XR Plugin Management
3. Enable OpenXR plug-in provider
4. Add Oculus Touch Controller Profile in OpenXR > Interaction Profiles
5. Open Package Manager and import OpenXR Controller sample
6. Import Meshing Subsystem Feature
7. Observe the Interaction Profiles list in XR Plug-in Management > OpenXR
Expected result: Oculus Touch Controller Profile is listed in Interaction Profiles
Actual result: Interaction Profiles list is empty
Reproducible with: OpenXR 1.2.3 (2021.2.0b1, 2021.2.0b5, 2022.1.0a2)
Not reproducible with: OpenXR 1.2.3 (2020.3.15f1, 2021.1.16f1, 2021.2.0a21, 2022.2.0a3)
Could not test with 2019.4 (OpenXR requires 2020.2+)
