Oculus Virtual reality SDK is not detected on making a build for Android
Steps to Repro:
1. Create new or open attached project
2. File > build settings
3. Switch to android platform
4. Player settings > XR settings
5. Enable "Virtual reality supported"
6. Select "Oculus" virtual reality SDKs
7. Build and Run
Actual Result:
App starts without Oculus VR SDK
Expected Result:
App starts with Oculus VR sdk
Environment:
Only on Windows

Working Fine on:
2018.2.0b9
