[WSA] SystemInfo.systemMemorySize returns 0
On Windows Store Apps SystemInfo.systemMemorySize always returns 0.
Reproducible on all Unity versions;
Repro steps:
1. open project "memory_size.zip";
2. build to WSA. Then build and run project;
