[WSA] Assembly converter fails when building for Universal 10 platform
Getting error when buildig to WSA Universal 10 paltform:
UnityException: Failed to run assembly converter with command -metadata=0 -platform=uap -lock="UWP\project.lock.json" Temp\StagingArea\Assembly-CSharp.dll -path="Temp\StagingArea".
System.InvalidOperationException: Sequence contains no matching element
at System.Linq.Enumerable.Single[TSource](IEnumerable`1 source, Func`2 predicate)

Reproducible on 5.2, 5.3.0, 5.3.4, 5.4.0.
Repro steps:
1. Open project "AssemblyProbDemo.zip".
2. Build to WSA Universal 10 platform.
3. Editor's console throws errors related to assembly converter.
